2 cup(240ml) Dashi
4 tbs soy sauce (preferably light soy sauce)
4 tbs Mirin
4 tbs Sake
300g (3/4 pound) Daikon
2 boneless skinless chicken thigh
1 ts ginger juice
2 tbs potato starch or corn starch
