Shrimp Puffs
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
10 shrimp
Some salt

A
65g potato starch
20g corn starch
10g all purpose flour
3g baking powder
100g vegetable oil
15g water
3 egg whites

Some vegetable oil (for frying)


PREPARATION
1. Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse well and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt.

2. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl until pale in color.

3. Dip each shrimp in (2) and fry in the oil (180C) until crispy.

4. Enjoy!
