#shorts Policha Ladoo

One of my childhood memories is eating these laddus made with roti, jaggery, and homemade ghee! My mom makes the best Policha Ladoo and I think her best tip is to use a blender for that perfect texture. Here is her recipe:

4 Rotis - Broken into bite sized pieces
4 tablespoons jaggery
1 tablespoon ghee
12 almonds

Add all to a blender to make an evenly ground mixture. Roll into 6 to 8 ladoos. #shorts
