Put slices cheese cubes in the centre.Roll it into a ball and make sure the cheese is covered. Put maida, besan and almond milk in a bowl and whisk until there are no lumps. Set aside. Take half a cup of breadcrumbs, 1 pinch se salt, and tsp garlic powder - mix. Roll the rice ball in the maida batter, then roll it into the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure the ball is completely coated. Deep dry until golden brown. Garnish with tomato sauce, cheese, or mint!
