Shortcut Tikka Masala Curry Recipe | Eat East Indian

When I did product review for Kitchen of India Sauce I promised I will show you how you can prepare a wholesome and tasty curry dish with it at home and here I bring you a shortcut recipe with decent result :)

Here is my product review for Punjabi Tikka Msala Sauce by Kitchens of India. I normally dont buy sauces in a jar but this was on sale so thought let me give it a try.

Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
300 gms of Chicken
1 small potato
1 cup Mushrooms and Bell pepper chopped
handful of chopped spinach leaves
1/2 cup onion chopped
cilantro leaves for garnish and Jar of Tikka Masala Sauce
1/2 tsp salt and turmeric

Method:
1. Fry cumin seeds ( 30 secs) and onions (2-3 mins) in hot oil in a pan/wok
2. Add potatoes, salt and turmeric and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Add chicken and mix well.
3. Add vegetables of your choice. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.
4. Add whole jar of sauce and water ( optional) and cook for 10-15 mins until chicken is done and potatoes tender.
Garnish with Cilantro leaves and enjoy over bed of rice.
