Fry cumin seeds ( 30 secs) and onions (2-3 mins) in hot oil in a pan/wok2. Add potatoes, salt and turmeric and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Add chicken and mix well. 3. Add vegetables of your choice. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.4. Add whole jar of sauce and water ( optional) and cook for 10-15 mins until chicken is done and potatoes tender. Garnish with Cilantro leaves and enjoy over bed of rice.
