Short Recipes: Spicy Pork Neck Bones Soup (Lang Zaab)


How to make spicy Thai pork neck bones soup.(Lang Zaab, SuperLang) | Thai food
Ingredients
Step 1: Blanching the pork bone.
1 kg. Pork Neck bone
2 liters of water
1 tbsp salt
Step 2: Make the pork bone soup.
Blanched pork neck bone
3 Piece Dried galangal
30 g Coriander roots/stalks, smashed
1 Pickled garlic
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Seasoning
2 tsp ground pepper
2 & 1/2 liters of water
Step 3 Mixing the soup.
Sugar/ Fish sauce/ Fresh Lime juice/ Chili, smashed and chopped
Green Onion, sliced/ Coriander, cut
