Shezwan Chutney is a Chinese Condiment which spruces up any dish from noodles to fried rice, or even a sabzi!SCHEZWAN CHUTNEYIngredients 1 cup Kashmiri red chilli paste 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 inch ginger, finely chopped 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup White pepper powder to taste Salt to taste ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce¼ teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon vinegarMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute. Add red chilli paste, mix and cook till the oil separates. 2. Add tomato ketchup, white pepper powder, salt, soy sauce and sugar and mix. Add ¼ cup water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add vinegar, switch off heat and mix well. Set aside to cool.4.
