How to make shami kbab
Ingredients
1.mutton boneless (1 kg)
2.gram split lentils (1 kg)
3.shan shami kbab masala (1 pkt 50g)
4.onions (3 medium)
5.ginger (2" piece)
6.garlic (6 cloves)
7.green chilli (1)
8.tomato (1)
9 .fresh coriander (1 bunch)
10.egg (as required)
11.salt ( for seasoning)
12.black pepper powder ( for seasoning)
13.oil ( for frying)

Method
1.put meat, lentils, onions,tomato,ginger,garlic cloves,green chilli, Shan shami kbab masala with 6 cups of water in pressure cooker
2.pressure cook it for 20 minutes
3.make it completely dry
4.let it cool down completely
5.grind it in meat mincer
6.knead it
7.add coriander n knead again
8.make patties by applying water on your palms
9.fry In little oil on medium flame after coating it in beaten egg
