Ingredients for Milk Syrup:
Milk 1 L
Green cardamom 1 tsp
Kewra essence 1/4 tsp
Rose water 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Corn flour slurry 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Khoya Mixture:
Ghee 2 tbsp
Khoya 1/2 kg
Condensed milk 1 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Milk 2 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Fried bread as required
Pistachio (chopped) as required
Almonds (chopped) as required
Raisons as required
Khoya mixture
Milk syrup


Directions for Milk Syrup Preparation:
1. In a pan add milk, green cardamom, kewra essence, rose water, sugar and cook for 5-6 minutes or until starts to boil. now add corn flour mixture and cook until you reach your desired consistency.
Directions for Khoya Mixture Preparation:
2. In a pan heat ghee and add khoya, condensed milk, cream and milk and cook for about 6-8 min or until thick in consistency. Take off flame and let it cool at room temperature.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Toast the bread slices on pan until each side is golden. Set aside.
4. In a dish add khoya mixture, place the fried bread slices, pour milk syrup and spread khoya mixture again.
5. Add pistachios, almonds, raisins and do the same layering again. Top with pistachios and almonds. Chill for 1-2 hours and serve.
Preparation time: 15-20 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Serving: 4-5
