✍ Ingredients:

250 gms Paneer cut into cubes
2 tbsp Butter
4-5 Cloves
Cinnamon Stick - Small piece
1-2 Bayleaf
2 Green cardamom
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 cup Onion puree (Boiled & Pured)
2 tsp Ginger garlic crushed
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 cup Tomato puree (Blanched, remove skin & pureed)
4-5 tbsp Cashew puree
3-4 tbsp Yoghurt
1 tsp Sugar
Few Saffron strand soaked in 3 tbsp milk
1/4 Fresh cream
2 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Some fresh Coriander
