Shahi Paneer Recipe | Creamy Shahi Paneer Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 200gm Paneer
• Oil for fry
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• dry red chilli
• ½ cup boiled onion paste
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• 2 TSP green chilli paste
• salt to taste
• 1 TBSP ghee
• cloves , black pepper ,cinnamon, bay leaves
• 1 cup of kaju , Almond, poppy seeds paste
• ½ cup whisked curd
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• few kesar
• 1 TSP sugar
• 1 TBSP honey
• 1 TSP green chilli paste
• crushed cardamom
• 1 TBSP ghee
Process:
• Heat the pan and add oil
• Add paneer
• Stir fry paneer
• Keep fried paneer aside
• Add 1 TBSP oil
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Add dry red chilli
• Sauté it for 2 mints
• Add ½ cup boiled onion paste
• Add 1 TBSP garlic paste
• Add 2 TSP green chilli paste
• Add salt to taste
• Fry it
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves
• Fry all the whole spices until they release their aroma in the ghee
• Add fried onion
• Add ½ cup of hot water
• Cook for 5 mints
• Add 1 cup of kaju, Almond, poppy seeds paste
• Add ½ cup whisked curd
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add few kesar
• Add 1 TSP sugar
• Salt to taste
• Add Fried Paneer
• Add 1 TBSP honey
• Add 1 TSP green chilli paste
• Cover with a lid for 2-3 mints
• Add crushed cardamom
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Keep stirring in whole process
• Serve with Roti
