Shahi Paneer Recipe | Creamy Shahi Paneer Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients:• 200gm Paneer• Oil for fry• 1 TSP cumin seeds• dry red chilli• ½ cup boiled onion paste• 1 TBSP garlic paste• 2 TSP green chilli paste • salt to taste• 1 TBSP ghee• cloves , black pepper ,cinnamon, bay leaves• 1 cup of kaju , Almond, poppy seeds paste• ½ cup whisked curd• 1 TSP cumin powder• few kesar • 1 TSP sugar• 1 TBSP honey• 1 TSP green chilli paste• crushed cardamom• 1 TBSP gheeProcess:• Heat the pan and add oil • Add paneer• Stir fry paneer• Keep fried paneer aside• Add 1 TBSP oil• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds• Add dry red chilli • Sauté it for 2 mints• Add ½ cup boiled onion paste • Add 1 TBSP garlic paste• Add 2 TSP green chilli paste • Add salt to taste• Fry it • Add 1 TBSP ghee• Add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves• Fry all the whole spices until they release their aroma in the ghee • Add fried onion • Add ½ cup of hot water • Cook for 5 mints• Add 1 cup of kaju, Almond, poppy seeds paste • Add ½ cup whisked curd• Add 1 TSP cumin powder• Add few kesar • Add 1 TSP sugar • Salt to taste• Add Fried Paneer• Add 1 TBSP honey• Add 1 TSP green chilli paste• Cover with a lid for 2-3 mints• Add crushed cardamom• Add 1 TBSP ghee• Keep stirring in whole process• Serve with Roti====================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
