INGREDIENTS :Oil 2 tbspCinnamon stick 1 stickCardamom 8-10Cloves 5-6Peppercorn 6Onion 2 smallCashew nuts 10-12Tomatoes chopped 4Salt to tasteKashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbspCoriander powder 1 tbspTurmeric powder ½ tspGinger garlic paste 1 tbspGinger juliennes 1 tspGreen chillies slit 1 tspButter 1 tspFresh cream 1 cupQasoori methi ½ tspFresh coriander 2tbsppaneer 200grms. METHOD 1. Heat oil in a pan adds cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, peppercorn, onions and sauté for a while. Add cashew nut and sauté for another mint.2. Add in the chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are cooked. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and cook for 4-5 mints.3. Add raji ginger garlic paste and sauté for 3-4 mins. Remove the mixture from the flame and grind it into a paste.4. Now heat the same pan add butter to the pan add green chillies and ginger juliennes.5. Strain the paste into the pan and let it simmer for a while. Add paneer and fresh cream Qasoori methi , mix well and switch off the flame6.
