Topped with a drizzle of fresh cream to cut through the spiced gravy.SEYAL MURGHIngredients 750 grams chicken on bone, cut into pieces1 tablespoon ghee1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 inch ginger, sliced2-3 fresh red chillies, finely chopped1 medium onion, finely chopped1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leavesCrushed black peppercorns to taste¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon garammasala powder1 medium tomato, finely choppedSalt to tasteFresh cream for garnishingMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, ginger and fresh red chillies and sauté till garlic turns golden. Add onion, mix and sauté till golden.2. Add dried fenugreek leaves, crushed peppercorns, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garammasala powder and mix well. Add some water and mix well. 3. Add chicken and mix well. Add tomato, mix, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add salt and mix well. 4.
