Here, we tried the best pizza (we ever had) at Mercato Centrale in Florence! It was called Capri Pizza and we absolutely loved the fresh mozarella on top of the pizza. It was our first time seeing a pizza with all raw ingredients. And it worked beautifully. Afterwards, we toured around Florence, soaking in the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery, as well as local interactions and getting lost in back-alleys.
