In this video we are going to prepare Semiya Javvarisi Payasam also known as sago vermicelli kheer. It is a traditional south Indian dish mostly served at the end of the meal. Here I used cashews, raisins, ghee to make rich taste. I added small quantity of milk and ghee that helps us to have more quantity.

Semiya / Vermicelli - 3/4 cup
Javvarisi / Sago - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Raisins - 10
Cashews - 7
Cardamom - 5
Ghee - 2 tsp
