A quick and irresistibly, delicious Scottish Shortbread recipe. Scottish Shortbread is one of the most famous Scottish biscuits and eaten around Christmas time and is an essential part of a traditional Scottish New Year.

Butter 170 g
Sugar powder 85 g
Vanilla essence 2 ts
All purpose flour 240 g
Milk powder 10 g
Baking powder 1 pinch

Take a bowl add butter, sugar powder and cream it, add vanilla essence, all purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, mix it well like a soft dough.

Using the rolling pin roll the dough like a thin sheet and cut them into equal rectangular shape put the holes on top with the help of fork and transfer into baking tray and baking them into 180 c for 15 minutes.
