This is a simple and delicious recipe for scotch eggs.
For this recipe you will need:
3 hard boiled eggs,
500g Ground meat or sausage meat
tsp ground paprika

A pinch of ground ginger, optional

Black pepper

Vegetable oil for deep frying

Flour or breadcrumbs

onion, finely minced

2 garlic gloves, grated

1 bouillon cube or salt

1 tbsp flour
