Here's a mazedar toast topped with schezwan chutney, vegetables and cheese. Try it and enjoy!SCHEZWAN MASALA TOASTIngredients8 tsps schezwan chutney1 cup ready-made potato bhaji8 white bread slices2 tsps green chutney + to serve4 tsps red chilli-garlic chutney + to serve1 medium onion, sliced½ cup mixed coloured capsicum stripsSandwich masala1 medium tomato, thinly sliced1 small cucumber, thinly sliced120 grams processed cheese + to serveTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Trim the sides of the bread.2. To make one sandwich, apply butter on one side of 2 bread slices. Spread schezwan chutney, green chutney, and red chilli-garlic chutney over the buttered side. Place a portion of ready-made potato bhaji on one of the bread slices and spread it evenly. Sprinkle onion slices, mixed coloured capsicum strips, sprinkle sandwich masala. Place a few tomato slices over it and sprinkle sandwich masala on top. Place a few cucumber slices and sprinkle sandwich masala. Grate processed cheese over it. Cover it with the remaining slice of bread to make a sandwich. 3. Heat the sandwich toaster. Add some butter, place the sandwich and apply some butter on the top of the sandwich. Press and close the toaster and toast till the sandwich turns golden and crisp, rotating the sandwich toaster in between. 4. Cut the sandwich in half, apply butter on top and grate cheese. Serve hot with toato ketchup, green chutney and red chilli-garlic chutney.
