Cooking Time: 5 minutes.Serves 3.3 tbsp Schezuan sauce1 cup paneer cubes (cottage cheese)½ cup bean sprouts1 tbsp oil1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)1 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda)½ cup finely chopped onions2 tsp red chilli pasteSalt to taste½ cup shredded spinach (palak)1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic, ginger, celery and onions and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.2. Add chilli paste, Schezuan sauce and salt and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.3. Add the spinach and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a high flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.4. Add the bean sprouts and paneer, mix gently and cook on a high flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
