Savory Mortadella Stuffed French Toast
Ingredients for French Toast:
Milk 1 cup
Eggs 6
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Bread Slices 12 or as required

Ingredients for Assembling:
K&Ns Mortadella Slices (12 Slices or as required)
Cheddar cheese slices 16 or as required
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1/4 cup or as required
Red capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup or as required
Green capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup or as required
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for French Toast Preparation:
1. In a bowl add eggs, salt, black pepper, milk and whisk it well.
2. Dip bread slices in mixture, flipping once to make sure they are coated. Reserve egg mixture for later use.
3. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat, and place Bread slices on it. Cook until golden brown on each side.
4. Thaw K&Ns Mortadella Slices as per instructions on the pack.
5. Grease a dish with butter. Now add a layer of french toast slice, cheddar cheese slice, K&Ns Mortadella Slices, chopped capsicum and sprinkle chili flakes, oregano.
6. Top with remaining cheese slices and French toast slice along with reserved egg mixture and put the shredded cheddar cheese, sprinkle chili flakes, and oregano again.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
8. Your Savory Mortadella Stuffed French Toast is ready. Garnish with green onion, Serve and enjoy.
