In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. add salt, oil, pasta and boil pasta until 80% done. Strain and set aside.Directions for Red Sauce Preparation:2. In another pot, heat oil and saute garlic, onion until onion gets soft and translucent.3. Add tomato pasta, tomato puree and mix well.4. Now add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, sugar, lemon juice, oregano, basil leaves, K&N’s Stok and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.5. Take K&N’s Breakfast Sausage, cut into thick slices and set aside.6. Add boiled pasta, sliced K&N’s Breakfast Sausages into prepared gravy and toss on high flame for 1-2 minutes.7. Transfer half of the sausage pasta into baking tray, top with cheese, transfer the remaining half of sausage pasta, and top it with cheese, basil leaves.8.
