Litti is a traditional dish from the state of Bihar made with stuffed whole wheat dough balls with roasted chana dal and spices inside. These stuffed balls are known as Litties are usually roasted over charcoal but can also be baked or deep fried. Litties are served with Chokha. Its basically snack served with chokha made out of potato, brinjal and tomato. I hope you will like this.

Ingredients

2 cup wheat flour(गेंहू का आटा)
1½ inched ginger(अदरक)
10-12 garlic(लहसून)
4 green chillis(हरी मिर्च)
1 cup Sattu(fried gram powder)(सत्तू)
1 finely chopped onion(बारीक कटा प्याज)
2 tablespoon mustard oil(सरसों का तेल)
1 tablespoon aajwaine(आज्वाईन)
10-12 black pepper(काली मिर्च)
Finely chopped coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
2 tablespoon salt(नमक)
1 tablespoon lemon juice(नींबु का रस)
½ teaspoon black jeera(मंगरेला)
Cooking oil(तलने के लिए तेल)
