SARSON WALI BENDI | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Mustard flavored okra goes very well with rice and rotis.

Ingredients:
Potato 200 Grams
Mustard oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt 1 0
Garlic (chopped) 1/2 Teaspoons
Onion 1 Numbers
Green chilli 3 Numbers
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilli Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Mustard powder 2 Tablespoons
Sugar 1 Pinch
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander (chopped) 1/2 Bunch

Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add Mustard oil, once the oil is hot add potato, bendi, salt and fry it for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Then transfer it into a plate.

2.In the same oil add chopped garlic, ginger and saute it and add onion pieces, green chilli and turmeric cook it for some time.

3.For mixture : Take a bowl and add Cumin powder, Coriander powder, pepper powder, Chilli powder, Mustard powder and pinch of sugar, mix it and make into a paste.

4.And pour this mixture into a pan and mix it well. Then add fried potato and Bendi coated the mixture into it, then put the lid on and cook it for 2 minutes.

5.Add some salt, squeeze some lemon juice and add chopped Coriander toss it well.

6.Serve this with Curd Rice.
