Ingredients:
Mustard leaves(Sarson leaves)-100 gm (washed and chopped)
Spinach (palak)-100 gm (washed and chopped)
Bathua leaves(optional)-100 gm (washed and chopped)
Chopped green chilli-2
Chopped ginger- 1 inch
Chopped garlic cloves-8 to 10
Chopped onion-1 (large)
Chopped tomato-1
Corn/maize/makka flour-2 tsp
Ghee-2 to 3 tbsp
Asafoetida(hing)-1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
