Sarso laal math ka parathaServing –4 nosPreparation time – 20 minsCooking time – 15 minsIngredients quantityMustard leaves - 1 bunchAmaranth leaves - 1 bunchOnion chopped - 1 nosGinger chopped - 1 tspgreen chilli chopped - 2-3 nosajwain - 1 tspcoriander seed - 1 tbspred chilli powder - ½ tsp + for sprinkledry mango powder - 1 tspturmeric powder - ¼ tspsalt to tastewheat flour - 2 cupwater as requiredoil - 2 tspghee as requiredchat masala for sprinkleMethod :1. Take Wash & clean mustard leaves , amaranth leaves roughly chop it and add it in parath .2. Now add chopped onion ,ginger , green chilli , ajwain .3. Meanwhile coarsely grind the coriander seed using wooden mortar & pestle add it in the mixture .4. Now add red chilli powder , dry mango powder , turmeric powder , salt , wheat flour mix it well .5. Add water as required and knead the soft dough.6. Once dough is ready apply a spoonful of oil over it , cover it for 30 mins using muslin cloth .7. Put some wheat flour on work place, take portion of dough roll it in wheat flour and gently roll intoa round shape.8. Heat a tava on medium heat and place the paratha on it and cook on both the sides.9. Apply ghee on both the sides and cook flipping sides till evenly golden.10. Remove in a plate, add some ghee on top of the paratha, sprinkle some red chilli powder, chaatmasala and crush the paratha .11.
