Ingredients
1 can sardine
300 g cooked rice
1 egg
ginger, cut into thin strips
scallions, chopped
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp concentrated chicken bouillon
salt & pepper
2 tsp sake

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the rice and egg, sake.
2. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan and cook 1.
3. Add sardine and ginger, as well as the chicken bouillon and curry powder.
4. Add scallions, then season with salt and pepper.
