Todays menu is sangria and gambas al ajillo!I made sangria using cheap and insipid red wine and I also prepared side dishes that match the sangria.I made these for a party with friends. Suddenly, the power went out while I was preparing for party. So I was very shocked.But we enjoyed the party, despite the blackout. Haha :pFor that reason, this video is a little bit darker than usual. Please bear that in mind.* Sangria: 2, 1, 2, 1 2, 1(*), 2~3(*) Ingredients: 2 bottles of red wine, 1 apple, 2 oranges, 1 lemon2 cups orange juice, 1 cup brandy, 2~3 cans of tonic water or soda water1. , , , .1. Wash and slice the fruits.2. 3 .2. In a beverage dispenser or airtight container, put all of the ingredients without tonic water and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.3. . .3. Add tonic water before serving. Add tonic water and brandy to your preference, just optional.* Gambas al ajillo: , , , , , , Ingredients: shrimp, olive oil, garlic, peperoncino, cherry tomato,salt and pepper, fresh rosemary or parsley 1. , .1. Marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper and slice the garlic.2. , .2. In a pan, add the olive oil with garlic and stir-fry.3. , , .3. Add peperoncino, rosemary and shrimp and keep frying and stirring.4. . .4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Done!
