Samosa Kadhi Chaat | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Crispy samosas dunked in a flavourful yoghurt kadi makes for an interesting recipe for lunch or dinner.
SAMOSA KADHI CHAAT

Ingredient

3 samosa
3 tablespoon gram flour
1cup yogurt
1tablespoon ginger garlic green chilli paste
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
½ teaspoon mustard seed
8-10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 dried red chilli
½ tsp asafetida
1 small onion, slice
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
Green chutney as required
Tamarind chutney, as required
Pomegranate as required
Sev as required

Method

1. Take yogurt in a bowl. Add gram flour ,red chilli powder, turmeric ,ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt add 1 cup water and whisk well
2. Heat oil in non-stick deep pan add mustard seeds and let it splutter add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli, asafetida, onion sauté till onion turn golden brown for 2-3 minutes
3. Pour the yogurt mixture to the pan mix well and cook for 20 – 25 minutes on low heat.
4. Place samosa in a plate break it into small piece pour some kadhi on top drizzle tamarind chutney, green chutney,
5. Sprinkle some sev, coriander and serve immediately.
