More exciting than anything you have ever tasted before, this dish sandwiches samose, peppy chutneys, crunchy veggies and crispy chips between bread slices layered with butter and garlic green chutney. Preparation Time: 20 minutes.Cooking Time: Nil.Makes 2 sandwiches.4 bread slices2 samosas2 tbsp mayonnaise4 tsp green chutney10 capsicum strips4 onion slices½ cup chips2 cheese slices4 tsp butterTo be blended into a garlic green chutney1½ cups roughly chopped coriander (dhania)¼ cup freshly grated coconut1 tbsp shredded spinach (palak)1 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)2 tbsp roughly chopped green chilliesSalt to tasteA few drops of lemon juice¼ cup water1. Place 2 bread slices on a clean, dry surface.2. Apply 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp prepared green chutney on each bread slice.3. Apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise on onebuttered-chutney bread slice.4. Place a samosa on the bread slice with mayonnaise and flatten it slightly with your palm.5. Top it with 2 onion slices, 5 capsicum strips, a cheese slice, ¼ cup of chips and sandwich it with the buttered-chutney side facing downwards.6. Press it lightly and cut into 4 equal pieces.7. Repeat steps 1 to 7 to make one more sandwich.Serve immediately.Handy Tip: You can store the chutney in an air-tight container in the freezer. It will stay fresh for a week.
