Samosa Chat | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Crush potato samosas topped with yogurt and chutneys to make this delicious chaat.

SAMOSA CHAAT

Ingredients

4 readymade samosas
Yogurt for topping
2 teaspoons red chilli powder
2 teaspoons roasted cumin powder
Black salt to taste
4 tablespoons green chutney
4 tablespoons date-tamarind chutney
Sevfor topping
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Pomegranate pearls for topping

Method

1. Place samosas on individual serving plates and crush them using the back of fork. Top with some yogurt. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon chilli powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder and black salt on each.
2. Top with 1 tablespoon green chutney, 1 tablespoon date-tamarind chutney, some sev, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander and pomegranate pearls.
3. Serve immediately.
