This coconut-y dish makes it a flavour bombSAMO KHICHDIIngredients1 cup samo1 tablespoon ghee1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 teaspoon chopped green chillies¼ cup raw peanutsRock salt to tasteFresh scraped coconut for garnishingMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds. 2. Add peanuts and sauté for a minute. Add samo, mix and cook till golden. Reduce heat, add 2 cups water and mix well. Add rock salt, mix, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.3.
