INGREDIENTS I used in this video:

Makes 4-6 servings depending on how big your stomach is! :)

16 dates
4 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups oats

STORAGE AND REHEATING:

-All recipes can be stored in the fridge and eaten within 5 days.
-They can be frozen, and thawed in the fridge the night before.
