Salt and pepper chana Ingredients quantity Boiled chana 2cup Refined flour 2tbsp Corn starch 2 tbsp Oil for frying + 2tbsp Garlic chopped 1tbsp Ginger chopped 1tbsp Green chilies chopped 4-5no. Celery chopped 1 ½ tsp Black pepper powder 1 ½ tsp + to sprinkle Onion cube 1no. Capsicum cubes 1no. Yellow bell pepper ¼ cup Red bell pepper ¼ cup Salt to taste Black salt 1tsp Chaat masala 1tsp Spring onion chopped 2tbsp + to sprinkle Soya sauce 1tbsp Vinegar 1tbsp Method 1. Soak boil the Kabuli chana. 2. In bowl add refined flour, corn starch and Kabuli chana, mix it well. 3. Strain the chana to remove access flour from it. 4. Fry the coated chana in hot oil till brown and crispy. 5. In pan add oil ginger, garlic, green chilies, celery, black pepper powder and sauté for 30 secs. 6. Now add onion, green capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and mix it for 1 ½ min. 7. Now add black salt, chaat masala, and salt to taste and add fried chana, spring onion, soya sauce, vinegar and mix it well. 8.
