Salmon & tofu WITH buckwheat and broccoli

Learn how to pan-fry salmon and tofu in a ginger sauce, paired with buckwheat and broccoli. A healthy and tasty dish - fast! - for busy weeknights.

Prepare buckwheat or grain of your choice. Steam broccoli separately; approximately 7 minutes.
Heat a tablespoon of olive or coconut oil on medium heat; add salmon when hot enough to sizzle. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover, cooking the salmon approximately ten to twelve minutes or until firm.
Halfway through, add cubed tofu, ginger and green onion and recover to cook.
Remove from heat and season with dark soy sauce. Toss and serve!
