Salmon OYAKO-DON
Servings:1

INGREDIENTS:
150g Salmon sashimi
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochujang
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed

200g steamed rice
Some dried sea weed
Some egg threads (Kinshi-tamago)
Some salmon roe
Some scallion

PREPARATION:
1. Cut salmon into strips.
2. Mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, grated garlic, and toasted sesame seed in a bowl.
3. Add the salmon strips into the bowl and mix well. Plastic-wrap it tightly and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Put steamed rice in a bowl. Add dried sea weed and egg threads. Place the salmon strips (3) and salmon roe. Sprinkle with some scallion. Enjoy!
