Salad using dried tuna mojama de atun

Ingredients:
Cos or iceberg lettuce (3-4 leaves per person)
Red bell pepper strips (1/4 pepper per person)
Granny Smith apple (1/4 per person)
Egg (1 per person)
Salted fried or roasted almonds (1 Tablespoon per person)
Shaved mojama (about 30g per person)

Dressing ingredients: (1-2 serves)
1 clove fresh garlic
1 tsp lime juice
1 Tbsp white wine or cider vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil
A pinch each of salt and sugar to taste
