Smooth and creamy cheesecake with a bouncy jelly on top.

・No-bake Cheesecake 12cm cake mold
65g cream cheese
20g whole milk
4g powdered gelatin
2 tablespoon water
40g sugar
80g heavy cream

・Cherry blossom jelly
10g agar-agar powder
15g sugar
300ml water
10-15 pieces Salted Sakura petal

・Gelatin version of Cherry blossom jelly
7g gelatin
15g sugar
300ml water
10-15 pieces Salted Sakura petal
