Ingredients
• Ghee - 2Tbsp
• Fried Onion- 15 gms
• Ginger Garlic Paste-2Tsp
• Ginger-10gm
• Green Chilly-5gms
• Garam Masala Powder-1Tsp
• Javitri Powder-1/2Tsp
• Elaichi Powder-1Tsp
• Curd-25ml
• Cream-15ml
• Mint leaves-10gms
• Salt-To Taste
• Carrot-15gms
• Beans-15gms
• Cauliflower-15gms
• Green Peas-15gms
• Water as required
• Steam Rice -100gms
• Flavoured Rice-100gms
• Garnish: Fried onions & Coriander leaves

Method
• Heat ghee add fried onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté it for some time.
• Add Ginger, slit green chillies and powdered masalas like garam masala, javitri & elaichi powder.
• Add curd to give it a rich and thick consistency, follow it up by adding cream.
• Once the gravy is ready add the vegetables(carrot, French beans, cauliflower & green peas)
• Layer the rice over the prepared gravy, first the plain steam rice, followed by flavoured steam rice.
• Once the layers are put finish it up by adding ghee, cream, fried onions, mint leaves & rose water.
• Close the lid and let it cook in steam for 10-15mins
• After 15mins open it remove it in layers without mixing and mashing up the rice and place it in a serving bowl.
• Garnish it with fried onion and coriander leaves.
• Serve the Sabz Biryani hot along with chilled Raita
