Ingredients:- / सामग्री
500 ml Milk
3-4 Tbsp Sabudana
Water, enough to soak the Sabudana
100 gm Sugar
Dry Fruits for garnishing

Method of preparation
● Soak the Sabudana in water for 20-25 minutes (depends on the quantity you are using)
● Pour milk into a pan and bring it to boiling point.
● Add sugar and stir briskly. Let the milk boil for 5 more minutes.
● Add the Sabudana and let them cook in the milk for 8-10 minutes.
● Switch off the heat supply and pour the porridge into a bowl.
● Garnish with dry fruits.
● Enjoy Sabudana Ki Kheer!!
