Ingredients:

For Cake:
3 cups all-purpose flour (360gram)
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened (113grams)
2 cups granulated sugar (400grams)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (120ml)
4 eggs
½ cup buttermilk (120ml)
¾ cup aged rum (180ml)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the Rum Sauce:
¼ cup unsalted butter (70grams)
¼ cup granulated sugar (50grams)
¼ cup light brown sugar (50grams)
¼ cup aged rum (60ml)
¼ cup heavy cream (60ml)
