You dont need more time, you need less DISTRACTIONS!

Someone once told me they had NO time to eat healthier but when they lost their job that was only a 10 minute commute and got a new job that was an HOUR drive BOTH ways suddenly they found 2 hours to commute to a new job

We all get 24 hours a day and YES its challenging to get the most out of those hours, but when its IMPORTANT to you, you find the time.

What can you set aside right now (Netflix, etc) while you build new habits?!
