Clean wash and slit green chillies, set aside. 2. In a pan dry roast besan for about two minutes on slow flame.3. Add ajwain, jeera and lg hing while dry roasting.4. Add dry spices, salt, and mix. Remove in a bowl5. Stuff the chillies with the besan mixture tightly.6. In a pan pour oil and heat. Add some hing and place the green chillies. Cook on slow flame turning the chillies at all times to cook evenly. 7. Once the chillies are cooked evenly, sprinkle some red chillie powder, aam chur powder and remove.8.
