Rosemary Lemonade | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Refreshing chilled lemonade with the flavour of fresh rosemary.

ROSEMARY LEMONADE

Ingredients

5-6 fresh rosemary sprigs + for garnishing
2 lemons
1 teaspoon ginger juliennes
3-4 tablespoons sugar syrup
2 cups drinking soda

Method

1. Slice ½ lemon.
2. Squeeze juice of remaining lemons in a bowl. Add ginger juliennes, chopped rosemary sprigs, sugar syrup, drinking soda and lemon slices and mix well.
3. Put few ice cubes in a tall glass, pour the prepared rosemary lemonade and serve chilled with a lemon slice and a rosemary sprig.
