Rose Paneer Sandesh Recipe, A Famous Dessert from Bengal.

Ingredients:

Paneer - 1 Cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Khoya - 1/2 Cup
Rose syrup - 3 Tbsp

Method:
step 1: Take one cup paneer in a bowl, mash the paneer finely until the texture of paneer is smooth.
step2: Heat 1tsp ghee in a pan, add paneer and cook on low heat and stir until the mixture is free of moisture for 5 to 6mins.
step 3: Add khoya, and mix well,.
Step 4: Add Rose syrup for 3tbsp, cook on low heat, till the rose syrup dries a little.
Step 5: Then, remove from heat and keep on stirring for 10mins till mixture cools and is smooth and ready to set.
step 6: Put the mixture in silicon moulds and refrigerate for 20 to 25 mins.
step 7: Remove the rose sandesh in plate and garnish it with almonds pieces and serve wit love.
