Rose Paneer Sandesh Recipe, A Famous Dessert from Bengal.Ingredients:Paneer - 1 CupGhee - 1 tspKhoya - 1/2 CupRose syrup - 3 TbspMethod: step 1: Take one cup paneer in a bowl, mash the paneer finely until the texture of paneer is smooth.step2: Heat 1tsp ghee in a pan, add paneer and cook on low heat and stir until the mixture is free of moisture for 5 to 6mins.step 3: Add khoya, and mix well,.Step 4: Add Rose syrup for 3tbsp, cook on low heat, till the rose syrup dries a little.Step 5: Then, remove from heat and keep on stirring for 10mins till mixture cools and is smooth and ready to set.step 6: Put the mixture in silicon moulds and refrigerate for 20 to 25 mins.step 7: Remove the rose sandesh in plate and garnish it with almonds pieces and serve wit love.
