Rose Nariyal Ladoo/Royals da Swaad | chefharpalsingh

This Rose Nariyal Ladoo is perfect for Navratri and otherwise too made specially for team Rajasthan Royals player Jaydev Unadkat and i am sure he is going to enjoy it..
Recipe
Ingredients
Fresh Coconut Grated 1 1/2 cup
Desiccated Coconut 1 cup + 1/2 cup for rolling
Condensed Milk 1 cup
Green Cardamom powder 1 tspn
Rose Syrup 2 Tbsp
Coconut Milk 2 Tbsp
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Assorted Nuts 2 Tbsp
Rose Water 1 Tbsp
Raisins 1 Tbsp

Method
1. In a pan heat ghee, add nuts and raisins sauté for a minute.
2. Add coconut, desiccated coconut, , rose syrup, coconut milk, rose water, Green Cardamom powder, Condensed milk and cook for about three to four minutes until it leaves the side of the pan.
3. Remove and cool. Make lemon sized ladoos and roll in desiccated coconut and serve as you like
