Restaurant Style rumali roti Recipe, Roomali roti making , rumali roti kaise banti hai, rumali roti with wheat flour

Ingredients :
Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा ) - 1.5 cups ( 225 gms )
Refined Flour (मैदा) - 1.5 cups ( 150 gms )
Oil (तेल ) - 3 tbsp
Salt (नमक ) - 3/4 tsp or to taste
Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp

How to make Romaali Roti :
1. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour add refined flour, Add salt to it, add baking powder, oil . Mix well. Add water and small portions and knead very soft dough.
2. Once dough is ready, Grease hands with oil and knead for 6 to 7 minutes. Cover and keep aside for 20 minutes. Grease hands with some oil, squash dough for 2 to 3 more minutes.
3. Take a big rolling board to roll out the roti, meanwhile take a heavy based wok, turn it upside down and heat it.
4. Take a dough lump, Give it a peda like shape. Coat it in dry refined flour and roll out thin. As soon as the roti sticks to the board,coat it in dry flour again.
5. Roll out the roti from the edges. Expand it as much as you can.
6. Lift it on your hands, Flip it so that extra flour falls off.
7. To Roast put over the wok. When there are bubbles, flip them, Flip and roast till brown spots appear. Keep aside As it is Rumali roti, fold like a handkerchief.

Serving:
8. Serve the Roomali rotis hot with dal makhni, matar paneer, dum aloo, matar aloo or any of your favorite sabzi.
