Romanian Bagels

5 Ingredients Only
2 tbsp dry yeast
3/4 cup of warm water
7 - 8 (1 kg) cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 heaping spoon of salt
2 more cups of warm water

For Caramel Syrup
1 Cup Sugar
2-3 tbsp water


Use mixer to mix ingredients for the Romanian bagel

For syrup:
On the stove top heat up sugar and water... when its time to drop bagel inside add 6 more cups of hot water

After short cook of bagels bake at 470F for 20 minutes
