Rolled Chicken
Ingredients
1 chicken breast
2-3 lettuce leaves
1 tsp butter
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp grated garlic
25ml water
1/2 tsp consomme granules
1/2 Tbsp sake
1+1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions
1. Saute the lettuce with the butter, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut slits into the chicken and open the flaps so it is an even thickness, rub in the garlic, then salt and pepper.
3. Place 1 on 2 and roll up, then tie with butchers twine.
4. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan, cook 1, then add water, consomme granules, and sake, and let cook for up to 15 minutes.
5. Once the liquid is gone, add oyster sauce and Worcestershire sauce, turn to coat, then cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
