Roasting Peking I Roasting Peking Duck@Cooking with Asifa

How to make Roasting Peking@Cooking with Asifa -CWA.
INGREDIENTS:
-Peking duck 2+1/2 kg
-Olive oil 50 ml (4 tbsp)
-Potatoes peeled and sliced 1
-Onion 1
-Tomato 1
-Red chilli 3
-Salt (as per taste)
-Black pepper 1 tsp
-Rosemary leaves 1 tsp
-Cloves 6-7
-Lemon juice 5 tbsp
-Ginger 2-inch piece
-Garlic cloves 8-9

PROCEDURE:
-Preheat the oven for 30 minutes at 200*C
-In a baking tray put duck and Sprinkle salt,crushed black pepper,rosemary leaves,lemon juice on top of duck and inside it and then it with your hands.
-Add onions,garlic cloves & ginger pieces inside duck, in baking tray put potatoes,onions,tomatoes and red chilli and then pour olive oil on top of it and then rub it with your hands,insert cloves into duck
-Bake it for 2 hours
-It's ready you can serve it with vinegar sauce,plum sauce,tamarind sauce or yogurt or you can eat it with naan,bread . :)
