Today we'll learn how to make Poha/Chivda Namkeen. Poha or Pohe is a popular snacks made during Diwali. It is a quick, easy and healthy snack and whenever we have an urge to eat something, and not feel guilty later on.

INGREDIENT

For Poha

Poha (पोहा) – 1 bowl or 150 gm
Roasted Chana (रोस्टेड चना) - /2 bowl or 50 gm
Peanuts (मूंगफली) - 1/2 bowl or 50 gm
Corn flakes (कॉर्नफ़्लेक्स)- 1/2 bowl or 50 gm
Cashew (काजू) - 8-10
Raisins (किशमिश) - 10-12
Coconut Slices - 8-10
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2-3 (sliced)
Fennel Seeds (सौफ) - 1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1/2 tsp
Dry Coconut (सूखे नारियल) -
Curry Patta (करी पत्ता) - 15-20
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)- 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - 2 tsp (as per taste)
Ghee (घी) - 2 tbsp
